Hello!  There appears to be increased secretion from the eyes and nose, such as humans get during a cold (the eyes and nose are linked inside by narrow passages).  Causes in cats can include respiratory viruses, or irritation e.g. a response to increased particulate matter in the air.  It may be worth your while reporting this to your vets so that they can triage and arrange to see your little one on an appropriate time-scale if necessary.
