Hello and thank you for your picture. However, there are difficulties in answering it. First of all, the picture is slightly blurry, even after I have opened it up on a desktop I can see little more detail than an inflamed-looking ellipsoid lesion that wouldn't normally be there. Secondly, even if it was sharp as can be, there is still no guarentee that I can identify it reliably without doing tests. This is because the appearance of abnormal skin is rarely a good indicator of what the cells within are doing; two lesions that appear almost identical can be caused by two completely different things. These might be as different as a foreign-body in the upper cpnjunctiva or surrounding skin (grass seed?) ; a cat-bite; a local parasite; ringworm; an inflamed follicle, an inverted or damaged eyelid; a cyst; demodex mites, a tumour, traunatic injury and so on. All of these things are completely different and most of them would require different treatments. So while you have asked what it could possibly be, I fear that you may need to know what it actually is and for this, would reccommend that your vet examines tjis lesion in person and they may ask to do tests. You havent mentioned how long the lesion has been there or whether there are any other symptoms. Please therefore speak to your veterinary staff for the case to be triaged.
