Hello. Unfortunately we don't provide second opinions on this site. Does this photo by any chance go with a case report I answered a question about earlier under a different name, or is that a coincidence? Second opinions are usually best obtained from a radiographer or second vet with at least as much information available to them as the first vet, which will put them in a strong position to give a valid opinion. Most good vets will not mind assisting you in asking for formal second opinions on their cases. If they are correct, they will be pleased to restore your faith in their skills; if they are incorrect, they will learn something and become better vets from the process.
