My dog has a thick discharge

Hello Vets PLEASE HELP I took my female German shephered dog to the vet yesterday. She is 1 years old female and not spayed yet. ( plans are to her fixed) she just finished her heat cycle about a month ago. She is eating less but I think she’s just being picky because if I give her chicken & she’ll eat it, she drinks fine, she’s playing and acting normal otherwise .   Took her for her yearly checkup and because she had pimples/ bumps in her vulva . They did blood work and called today saying everything came out good besides something came out high with her kidneys . Which We’ll  be doing another exams to make sure everything is okay. There’s no Urine infection but they noticed green discharge but didn’t say much about it, so I wasn’t that worried . But that was all . Right now I saw a thick discharge, it doesn’t have a smell and looks yellowish to me. I am freaking out, could it be pyometra? Here are some pictures . Thank you in advance for the help

Hello!  Dogs with pyometra are often extremely thirsty and / or lethargic but even if you aren't seeing this, it's worth reporting these signs.  Pyometra is a differential for discharge from the vulva and can be serious;  it can also happen in female dogs as young as yours (although this is not the norm).  Your vet may wish to scan if they aren't sure from the outside.  Vaginitis may be another possible differential.

In summary, please contact your vet or their emergency counterpart as soon as possible;  your dog's signs have changed and this may need to be assessed with some urgency.
