Hello!  Most lumps could be sinister or benign at first glance. It is difficult to tell from this view, without an opthalmoscope, how deep the splodges are within the dogs' eye.  However, they look to be in the anterior chamber. In this area, lumps could be uveal cysts or possibly bleeds due to high blood pressure, but they could also be cancers of the iris or uveal tract, for example lymphoma or malignant melanoma, which are serious. We would therefore recommend seeing your vet who may, if this seems likely, wish to measure the ocular pressure and / or refer you to an opthalmic specialist.  Best of luck and please do let us know what happens next.

(Rereading my comments, it sounds as though an anterior bleed would be less serious, but this isn't always the case - ocular bleeds can result from clotting problems, for example - so the advice to assume that this is serious until shown otherwise, would still serve you well).
