Not eating and now vommiting

My 5 year old Shih Tsu has stopped eating properly, will only eat small bits occasionally sometimes not at all for a day or two, yesterday started with yellow bile vomit once and normal looking vomit once, so vomitted twice yesterday, today has vommited 3 times, she is still drinking, still seems her normal self if not a little less active, still urinating, bowel movement more than 24 hrs ago.  any advice, should I get emergency out of hours vet or normal vet visit during normal times tomorrow

Hello!  Hopefully you have been seen by now but the correct answer for a dog that is vomiting and off food, especially a small dog, is to speak to the emergency vets.  They can at least triage the situation (make a formal clinical judgement on how quickly the case needs to be seen).  My worry is that your little one may be dehydrated - it happens easily in small pup - and may need a drip.  Best of luck and please let us know how you get on.
