Possible ringworm? She’s 8 weeks pregnant

Does this look like ringworm my friends cats have it I’ve been over there vets saying ear infection or mites but I’m pretty certain this could be ringworm with me being in contact with the cats? All the vets want to give me is a scrub as she’s about 8 weeks pregnant but if this is ringworm I want to start some sort of treatment before pups are here!! The parts on her ear are getting bigger by the day!

Hello!  It sounds as though your vets have examined this ear and proposed a treatment for it.  I have no idea what is in the scrub, so it may be a good idea to check with them what the scrub is and what it will treat.  It's also a good idea to run any medication that you decide to use yourself past the vet, because there are strong contradictions against giving certain medications, even including 'off the shelf' ones, to pregnant dogs. Clients should feel that they can build up a relationship with their vets and ask questions when they are unsure about something.  It sounds as though you do not trust your vets' proposed plan, so I would strongly advise picking up the phone. Good questions include 'What so you think it is?' and  'Is ringworm still on the differentials list?' We do not give second opinions on this site as they are unlikely to be as good as the first opinion.

Hi the vets haven’t seen her in person they only asked for pictures so they don’t know what it is for sure they’ve just sent me a scrub out in the post I’m not sure what it is as they didn’t tell me

It sounds as though the first step here would be a phone-call with your vet for improved communication.  I'm not sure where you are, but the rules here are that when medication is properly dispensed, it is fully labelled with the prescribers address, the contents of the medication and directions.  If you are not getting this information, you definitely need to have a conversation with them.  All he best with your little one.
