I’ve just noticed this in my 11 year old Cocker Spaniel’s ear. Any ideas?

Hello! This could be a polyp or a pustule, or a tumour (benign or malignant). I'm sure there are other possibilities, too. It's worth showing to your vet who may need to sample it to tell you for sure what it is. Best of luck!
