Worn down teeth

My dogs teeth are worn down. She is and agility dog and does alittle bit of disc

Hello!  There are many human sporting activities that damage the body over time and while I am not sure what disc involves for your particular dog, it probably involves catching flying objects, which may contribute to wearing down the incisors.   Your vet will come to a conclusion on examining these teeth and considering your dogs' situation, but it seems likely that the pulp cavity of the incisors is becoming exposed, which can lead to pain, infection, tooth decay etc. If the deeper dental tissue is exposed, then extraction might be proposed in order to keep the mouth disease free and comfortable. However I know nothing of your dog or concurrent conditions that may exist, let alone what a full dental examination looks like, so it really is a decision for them.

Thank you. My vet said they are currently ok. But if the get worse they will most likely need pulled.are there any other options to save her teeth since she is so young?
