Hi, Background- my 8 year old goldendoodle has been taking 50mg Rimadyl (60-70lb weight) for her hip dysplasia for about 3.5 years. She had perfect bloodwork in 2020- unfortunately due to pandemic the 2021 bloodwork wasn't completed. We had her in for her vaccines. I remembered she didn't have her bloodwork drawn to monitor for liver damage while at appointment. She had eaten a big breakfast before blood draw about 3 hrs before. Her labs came back high on ALP and Cholestersol. There is a disclaimer on the bottom and I don't understand. It says the fat/lipids distort the numbers. What I don't understand is ...is the result a false high or is the result a false low based on the disclaimer at bottom of lab work sheet?

In other words, is the ALP result 660 really supposed to be lower or even higher from the lipids distortion in her blood?
