Hi my dog has been vomiting now for a week they wouldn’t see me yesterday cause they said they couldn’t do much for him

Hello!  That sounds frustrating for you.  Obviously without knowing the full story it is difficult for me to comment, but if a dog is repeatedly vomiting they may need to be reassessed with a view to supplying fluid therapy.  Perhaps a conversation with their client support team will help you to resolve the situation regard what needs to happen next?
