My dog has been licking his paw nonstop for the past two days and today he threw up twice. Do I need to take him to the vet?D51C4E48-8D18-4C5F-A07F-D7C55648B5FB

Hello - and yes.  Whatever the cause, vomiting can lead to dehydration and unchecked foot licking can make the skin extremely sore.   Furthermore, this particular combination is seen in a very unusual but potentially serious illness, Alabama Rot, which your vet may want to try to rule out (there are also, by the way, plenty of other reasons for the two signs to occur together, some serious, some less so).  Wishing you all the best.
