Hello! I think that your vet would want to check this. They may decide to try something like an anti bacterial / fungal / yeast shampoo, or thry might opt to biopsy. The first thing they would do would normally to be to take a history, so that they understand what hormonal conditions have been like. I would be interested to hear how you get on.
