It started out kinda small and it’s got larger over the last 2 months. What could this be?

Hello! From here, online, this could be wart, cyst, tumour or something else. Examples of tumours might include a melanoma for example. Your vet will have a look at it and if they're not sure, might opt to biopsy or remove it.
