HI VETS, PLEASE HELP ME. there's a cream like discharge coming from my dog's vagina. I AM VERRY WORRIED IF IT'S A PYOMETRA. She lost an appetite either eating nor drinking, the discharge doesn't have a smell. Also her appetite is slowly coming back. But she never stand, she's always asleep, she only stands when we wouls take her out to pee. Her last vomit was yesterday but as of now the only symptoms is being inactive and kinda loss of appetite ( which i think is slowly coming back) and the discharge. She doesn't have a fever and doesn't strain when peeing
