Neither side seems to bother her. No excessive scratching no whining due to pain. No other known health issues. She'll be 2 in August. She was fine up til bout a week ago when this issue happened out of nowhere. She's inside mainly with outside to go bathroom an run time.. pics below of each ear

I also have another dog with these little bumps but hers don't look like this. Just some bumps on under the skin on the inside of ear flap
