dog's periods ended on 7th February but her periods started again on June why ? She is 1 year 6 months old mongrel Indie breed

Hello!   That sounds to be within the limits of 'normal;' a lot of dogs have a season twice a year.

There is a good article in our blog, called something to the effect of 'When do dogs go into heat / season?' - its worth a quick subject-search.
