Hello - a dry nose is one thing, and my phone screen is relatively small, but is there also hair missing?  I wonder about demodex, about autoimmune diseases and about demodex secondary to autoimmune diseases.   There are other possible explanations eg a soft tissue lump of some kind stopping secretions passing down the nose, but I've never seen that happen.  Ringworm might be another strong possibility.  Anyway, we would strongly reccommend seeing your vet, and meawhile be aware of the impact on people - especially immunoconpromised people and children - in case it turns out to be Ringworm.  Please will you let us know what is found?
