Hello - I'm afraid that I find the word 'natural' difficult in this context, as it has so many different definitions to different people.  What specifically do you mean by it?  Pain killers and medications to reduce the intraocular pressure can be helpful; there are also some surgical options and of course, in extremis (if it has gone too far without suitable treatment for example), surgery may be useful.  Taking a guess that 'natural' includes something that has not gone through a manufacturing process eg raw herbs, I cannot reccommend anything.  I hope that something there is useful?

Just look to see what options are out there. She has had it since the 19th of July and we had to wait over a week for a referral after pushing that it was more than conjuctivious. She was diganosed with glaucoma on the following wednesday and reffered to a specialist on the friday. Her first IOP pressure reading was over 50 they reduced it with a diuretic. We went back as saw no improvement. It had a reading of 70 but the following morning at the specialist it had reduced to 43 with drops alone. She had the fluid drained and responded well with a pressure of between 10 and 12 for 24hours obserations and sent home on 2  different drops 4 times daily. It has started to go bluer but in herself she is not showing any sign of discomfort or pain.
