Lump on dogs front ankle

Hi my English bulldog has a lump on her front right ankle has been getting worse and now she is limping on it,took her to vets about it a couple months ago they said nothing to worry about but it's now getting worse and she is limping any suggestions 

Hello- and absolutely.  It sounds as though this lump has progressed and that now there are symptoms that would absolutely concern your vet.  If a dog is limping, it's usually because they're in pain (ie it hurts to put their foot down normally).  Reasons can be many and varied, from arthritis to pulled or strained muscles / tendons and ligaments, to cancer.  A repeat veterinary visit would absolutely be in order; if they are not satisfied on examination, they may wish to take a radiograph.

Im afraid my opinion is that you cannot tell one way or the other from the information available.   Skin lumps, fat lumps, bone lumps, cysts, bone cysts, abscesses, foreign bodies, fractures, arthritis change, heamatomas are all possibilities.  Your vet will start to narrow it down when they carry out their examination.
