My dog is 4 years old and I have been feeding him the same food for about 2 years now. He's always loved his food, but since about 2 weeks he doesn't want to eat (he only eats treats). This is the food he's getting most of the time: https://www.dehuisdiersuper.nl/hondenvoer-profine-salami-salmon-vegetables-0-8kg Does somebody know what's wrong? and do I need to worry about him? Thanks

Hello - there are many things that can alter a dogs' appetite; this is an early sign of diseases such as  pancreatitis, liver failure, kidney disease, various kinds of pain (including arthritis), changes in the stomach and so on. Just like with people, if a dog feels lousy then they might not be up to eating, but a tastey treat might definitely tempt them!  It is important to try to get to the route cause of such cases and we would reccommend calling your vet and asking to be triaged for an early (as in, soon) appointment.   All the best to both of you.

From what you're describing, it sounds like your pup might be experiencing some sort of change or discomfort. Sometimes, dogs can get picky about their food for various reasons, like health issues or even just a change in taste preferences. It's always best to rule out any medical concerns first, so a trip to the vet might be a good idea to make sure everything's alright.
