What on his nose?

hi, can someone please tell me what’s on my boy’s nose, i squeezed it and nothing but the little hairs came out but im not sure what this could be

I cannot answer your question from sight alone but what interests me is that your dog appears to be missing hair from the area just behind the nose.   I wondered whether some of the hair follicles are also swollen.  This makes me wonder about a range of skin changes, including demodex mites causing alopecia, also various endocrine (hormonal) diseases and one or two autoimmune or infectious ones.  Your vet should triage the case for urgency.  They might want to run a series of tests to see which of these, or other, possibilities may be the correct ones in this case.
