I first used this practice about 20 years ago and still now with our 5 month old pup Hugo, their kindness, respect for your family members is exemplary.

I really can’t reccomend this veterinary practice enough. They really care about my kittens and treat them as their own. You can tel how much they love the animals. They are very professional, sensitive and informative. Today I needed my kitten to be seen and they fit me in within half an hour, were very reassuring and pricing was very reasonable.

I cannot give enough praise to the Staff at Taylor and Marshall. The took on my Boa Constrictor Athena last week as an emergency and followed up this week by operating to save her life. Athena received amazing care and is now on the road to recovery, back to her slightly cheeky self. The communication from the staff is fantastic and they dealt amazingly with not only my pet but also me bursting into tears every 5 mins. If you have a snake or other exotic pet they need to be your first call! They would get 10 stars and two thumbs up if possible!

I am so glad I discovered this vet. Even though I live 30 minutes away, I will continue to use them. My tortoise Jock has been through a rough time this last few months. The vets persisted and managed to save his eye when it looked as if he would need an operation to have it removed. Thanks Helen. Wonderful staff. cannot praise them enough. Many Thanks.

Registered my Degu’s as had good experience with exotics. When had to bring Rose in with teeth problems were brilliant with her, explained treatment very well, and kept me informed when she had to have operation, letting me know as soon as she had come round. Wouldn’t hesitate to take my pets here again if they need a vet

I would say despite I have spent hundreds at the surgery they still have a good value for money it's not as expensive to get my snakes back to full health and despite the problems with Jake it hasn't been as much as it could be with other vets
