I've been going to Penrose in Stratford for the last 3 years. The staff are lovely and friendly and are very accommodating to my nervous Labrador and I highly recommended them, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service we get is excellent.

I have used Penrose and Partners for many years, mainly at Stratford St. Mary, but more recently at Brinkley Lane as well. I have always found all the staff extremely kind and helpful both towards my dogs and myself! The treatment the dogs have received over the years has been superb and the kindness shown towards them is wonderful. I trust the practice completely with my dogs well-being.

I have been using Penrose vets (both Brinkley Lane and the Stratford St Mary surgery) for the last 8 & 1/2 years with my Rhodesian Ridgeback. I am always impressed anytime I attend the Brinkley Lane surgery. Due to my dog preferring smaller less busy environments however, we usually attend the Stratford St Mary surgery. This suits him perfectly. Due to his many ongoing health issues we are regular visitors there. Most staff have been involved at one time or another with him (including receptionists, vets and nurses) and everyone I've met I've always felt very happy trusting with his wellbeing. We are always made so welcome from the moment we arrive and throughout our visit (so much so he thinks it's his second home!). We highly recommend this surgery, nothing is too much trouble, they are efficient, extremely patient and show genuine care for my dog, their knowledge and expertise have got him through several serious health issues. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done throughout his life and feel extremely lucky to have found them. If you're looking for a vet for your pet look no further than Penrose & Partners I believe you won't find better.

I have always found this practice to be very friendly and professional. To start with you can park your car! The reception you receive is friendly and the guidance from them is always helpful. I have seen a number of vets at this practice and on every occasion feel that the advice or treatment recommended to be first class. Whatever the problem with your pet, I would recommend you try the Stratford surgery.
