Cari originally studied for a degree in biological sciences before undertaking veterinary medicine at the University of Liverpool. She graduated in 2019 and has since worked in small animal general and emergency practice in Scotland. She is studying for a postgraduate certificate in small animal internal medicine and has recently set up her own mobile veterinary practice. Outside of work, she enjoys hillwalking with her lurcher, looking after her retired ponies and wakeboarding.
