Assistance Enabled Reviews

If your assistance technology is unable to use our review system, you can leave a review by emailing us the answers to the following questions:

    3. Display name (This is the name you want to appear next to your published online review; it will be visible to others)
    4. Your telephone number (this would only ever be used in the rare event that we needed to validate a disputed review, and will not be shared or shown on the review)
    5. The species of the animals you have registered with this vet (e.g. dog, cat, gerbil, horse)
    6. A score out of 5 (where 5 is very good) for the practice on “Respect for my Pet”
    7. A score out of 5 (where 5 is very good) for the practice on “Friendliness”
    8. A score out of 5 (where 5 is very good) for the practice on “Value for Money”
    9. A score out of 5 (where 5 is very good) for the practice on “Professionalism”
    10. A score out of 5 (where 5 is very good) for the practice on “Cleanliness”
    11. Your review and any comments.
